The location is stunning and in a lovely area close to downtown Ruidoso and Ruidoso Downs. The beds are extremely comfy. The room includes a living room, a writing desk, and a chair.

We were traveling in a group of young girl softball players. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we desired including allowing us to use the breakfast area for team pizza one night. We did clean up after ourselves but Frank made it a point to make sure we had everything he could offer. We teach our girls to put forth their best effort and Frank could certiainly make our team, if he was a teenage girl of course. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was neat. Favourable and stunning location near the Sierra Blanca mountains and ski lodge. It was a comfortable stay. I did not want to leave there and would love to come back sometime.

The hotel was close to other things to do all located very close by, casino and downtown or the Race track from here thanks to its marvellous and absolutely perfect location. The staff were very, very nice and polite and check-in was easy.

Checking in and out was quick and hassle-free. the bed was comfortable, and the room had a spacious bathroom, writing desk, and carpet. the hotel's prime location made it convenient to visit all the places we wanted to see in town.
